1. Delivery Terms
All orders are despatched by carrier of our choice and will be carriage free for all UK destinations. All non-UK destinations will carry a carriage charge of £5.

2. Returned Goods
We regret we cannot accept goods returned for refund without an authorisation number which must be obtained form our returns dept by e-mailing them at returns@espshop.co.uk. Goods returned without authorisation will be re-despatched and carriage charged. A minimum re-stocking charge of 10% will be made on all goods returned for reasons other than faulty, damaged or not as ordered or if received by us damaged or not in original packaging.

3. Non delivery - Shortages - Damaged goods
Please note: we include an invoice/delivery note with all despatches. If an expected delivery is not received within 14 days of ordering, please inform our sales office at sales@espshop.co.uk No claim for non delivery can be accepted after 21 days from invoice date. If goods are received damaged or short shipped please notify us immediately.

4. Prices
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time but will always endeavour to give prior notification on the website. Prices applicable at date of despatch will be charged.
